'ID2' Brings A New Leap for the Screening Process

The first industrial applications for our RetroFIT ID2 are on going in KADANT equipment. This has proved to be very popular in Europe and indeed the concept and philosophy is accepted in North America and parts of Asia will now hopefully continue in Australia and New Zealand. After numerous very satisfying industrial trials, we are now marketing the FiberNET as a: 1. Last stage screen 2. Unique screen for small production lines. (Size 3 and 5 are presently available.) Also due to exciting results with the ScreenOne we have started the commercial marketing and production. Four sizes are available: 1. A : equivalent size to the prototype 2. B : 1,5 times the prototype 3. C : 2,1 times the prototype 4. D : 3,0 time the prototype We maintain that the ID2/ID3 technology will allow the paper industry to improve globally stock screening and will enable lower grades and greater quantities of recycled waste to be utilised, and also reduce investment costs, power consumption.
