摘要

The simulation study of a Hydraulic Accumulator Balancing (HAB) energy-saving system in hydraulic boom will be presented in this paper. The HAB system is composed mainly by an accumulator and two pump-motors (PMs). The main purpose of this study is to find the possibilities of using the HAB system on the boom for energy saving without much changes of the driver's feeling comparing with the normal hydraulic boom. In this paper, firstly the principle of HAB system is presented briefly. And then the background of the simulation is introduced. In the main part, these animated simulation-experiments are introduced and the study of the control strategy and control methods is presented in detail. Finally the conclusion is given based on the analysis of simulation-experiments data.
