DISCUSSION ABOUT CALIBRATION OF AIRBORNE PARTICLE COUNTER

摘要

There are different airborne particle counters made in US, Japan, Germany and China to be used widely in China, but the current Chinese national standard of airborne particle counter calibration, GB6167-85, differs from other calibration standards in the world. The differences between Chinese airborne particle counter calibration procedure and other calibration procedures are discussed. This paper points out the defects of current Chinese national standard and provide initial suggestions on revised China National Standard: GB6167. "Methods for Testing the Performance of Airborne Particle Counter".
