Properties of radiometric coupling cavities for microwave thermometry

Cavity-type structures are used for microwave radiometry based industrial temperature Omeasurement. Cavity properties determining the measured radiometric signal are defined and modelled. Techniques for measuring these properties are described and illustrated.
