摘要

Man-BSA was taken up by both liver endothelial cells and Kupffer cells through mechanisms that can be inhibited by Man- or Fuc-BSA, but not by Gal-BSA. On the other hand, Fuc-BSA was selectively taken up by Kupffer cells through a Gal-BSA-sensitive mechanism, suggesting its possibility as a Kupffer cell-specific carrier.
