摘要

We have already demonstrated the world's first "in-chip" cell-free protein synthesis from DNA by using Biochemical IC family. In this research, a high-durable micropump chip for cell free protein synthesis was developed. Using this micropump chip a micro total synthesis system containing micropumps was constructed. In-chip cell free protein synthesis for seven hours was successfully demonstrated. The results achieved here should be key technology for tailor-made medicine and implantable devices.
