The constant company concerns towards its customers is not something new. However, with the market being more and mores focused on the market, the organizations tried to use the management system and develop strategies capable of assuring their products' quality and the rational use of the resources, guarantying their survival on the market. This study, carried on an auto parts company, has the aim of exploring the transition process form the functional management to the head office management, where the company is divided in five mini factories, outlining a chain, where each previous process is the customer of the subsequent process and the Logistic Department's final customer. The objective of this case study is to analyze this plant changes, verifying the link between customers and suppliers of the process, through rework and scrap indexes, on time product delivery and collaborator involvement.
