ATMOSPHERIC CORROSION OF ZINC COATINGS IN VIETNAM

摘要

Zinc sprayed- and galvanised-coatings were exposed at 4 coastal test sites of Vietnam since 1995 to 2000. The corrosion rates were determined after the periods of 6, 9, 12, 24, 36, 48 and 60 months. The environmental data of test sites were collected during the time of exposure. The equations determining the corrosion loss of type M = At~n (M is corrosion loss after t year of exposure; A and n are constants) are established with acceptable errors. The corrosion products of zinc-coatings exposed at test sites are also presented in this paper.
