The UK Nightwear (Safety) Regulation dictates testing of all nightwear, including pajamas and dressing gowns, and requires adult and children's nightwear to carry a permanent label showing wither or not it meets the requirements of BS 5722: 1984 (which uses Test 3 of BS 5438: 1976)
