Adaptive control and operational management system of machine-tool fleet of the manufacturing enterprise

The complex approach and the overall integrated production management system is proposed, which solves the problem of effective and energy saving use of the production equipment by synchronizing communications between all production systems in a consolidated database, managing them on the basis of real-time automatic production data capturing and of technological process optimization on each equipment unit and the whole machine-tool fleet.
