Progress in automated optimal design of small and micro electromechanical devices

摘要

In the paper, some examples of the automated optimal design (AOD) of both small and micro electromechanical devices are presented. In particular, the optimization of static and dynamic performances of a small linear actuator for printers and the optimal shape design of an electrostatic micromotor are developed.
