Organizing Costs of Enterprises Alliance and Enterprises Group in the Fuzzy Sense

Disassembling the organizing process of enterprises alliance and enterprises group into four stages and establishing mathematical model of the organizing costs. The organizing cost of alliance includes Surveying Cost to potential market, Screening Cost to find candidate resource, Syncretizing Cost of the found resource and Supervising Cost for alliance building process, which affects by two prime variables of Number of Cooperative Units n and Standing TIme t of formed alliance; whereas the organizing cost of group consist of Orienting Cost for core enterprise's strategy and market, Observing Cost searching target enterprises, Obtaining Cost of the target companies and Organizing Cost to group building process, which correlates two two main variables of Number of Companies to be Merged N and Standing Time T of formed group The model of organizing cost for enterprises alliance and group in crisp case are given first in terms of references, then extending it to the fuzzy sense suitable for practical case, which is fuzzified for model's coefficients of terms related to time, the solution is attained by using fuzzy programming to allocate time distribution of different organizing stages. The proposed method provides effective theoretic reference for enterprises to chose development strategies according to different practical situation.
