摘要

Studies show that UV irradiation enhancement effect is wavelength dependent for ZnS:Mn nanocrystals. We found that both of the defect and Mn~(2+) emissions increased during UV irradiation. Excitation spectra studies confirmed that there must be other reasons responsible for this process. We propose electron filling of the defect related states by irradiation as a proper model.
