Intercampus ― an example of the application of the ICT in university teaching- has overcome barriers that were immovable up to now, such as the stagnation of students in the contents and attendance requirements of their own universities. Perhaps the most important contribution made by Intercampus is the creation of an Open Administration shared by the universities involved in the project and the sharing of administrative processes as well as the contents (the subjects) that are taught through the Net.
