1. This trial showed that body Weight gains were increased significantly with increasing levels of PAC added to feeds in pigs, The result wasn't accorded with some of other trials. Dr.Han's trial showed: Increasing of enzymes didn't show a significant difference in growth performances of pigs(3).According to breeding trial report with Agil FEED-ZYME, Addition of enzyme to high energy high protein feed showed less different ,The composition of the high energy high protein feed in such that is designed for high levels of performance and utilizes raw materials that were readily digestible, Animal can only digest a finite amount of materials, the different was thought to be the different formula of feeds, We used a low protein low energy feed in this experiment. 2.With increasing of body weight, Comparing with control, effects of PAC treated feed had less difference on growth performances of pigs. 3.The rations of PAC that we used were high, It was for the following reasons: (1)PAC is a crude multi-enzyme product, Some of the enzyme ingredients weren't extracted from fermented mediums, therefore, it was less expensive. (2)We utilized a low protein low digestible energy feed. 4. It was necessary to consider the formula of feed and body weight of pig, when deciding utilizing and rations of PAC. it is suggested: In high protein high digestible energy feed, rations of PAC are 2-4g per kg feed, in low ones are 5-7g per kg feed. When body weight of pig is above 60kg, It isn't suitable to utilize PAC to treat feed in producing pigs.
