Within the Wiegman-Rupasov approximation, and for a two-level atomic gas in volume Ω {contains} R{sup}3, the Hamiltonian obtained, H = -i∫(dxε{sup}+(x)ε{sub}x(x))-x∫(dx[ε{sup}+(x)p(x)+p{sup}+(x)ε(x)]) (x from R to ∞) - yields stricly nonliner dynamics for all physical quantities of interest. This result is very interesting and highly significant quantum optical model for applications. We discuss this model in more detail by making use of results due to the so called quantum inverse spectral transform method. The Bloch-Maxwell Quantum system introduced can be used for transforming computing informations within the quantum computer algorithms.
