摘要

A biochemical microdevice for particle velocity measurements is presented. The device consists of an electrically insulated channel network, a 1x128 planar waveguide beamsplitter for multiple point detection and stray light rejection structures that are monolithically integrated on a silicon substrate. Frequency information (and hence bead velocities) were obtained by Fourier transform detection while additional time information was obtained by wavelet transformation.
