摘要

On the basis of computer-aided design/computer-aided process planning (CAD/CAPP) integration information model of cross wedge rolling tool (CWRT), the machining features sequencing algorithm for CWRT is constructed with generative decision-making method based on knowledge and Visual C object-oriented programming technique. Through properly arranging subtasks and defining constraints at different stages, the feasibility and agility of tool process planning are guaranteed. The practicability of this sequencing algorithm is tested through analyzing a typical CWRT.
