Eddy Current Linear Sensor Array

摘要

This paper presents a eddy-current nondestructive evaluation (NDE) method to locate unique and multiple discontinuities of plate conductive materials using an eddy current sensor array, made up from an emission coil and several reception coils. The procedure of signal post-processing is a variant of "maximum likelihood" super resolution method.
