DEVELOPMENT OF THE PORTABLE MICRO INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE BY APPLYING NEW MOLD DESIGN CONCEPT

In order to realize a micro injection molding system, the novel design concept has been proposed, which is the combination of the micro mold with the function of injection and the micro press machine. The experiment system is being developed aiming at a portable size. The performance of the system, which utilizes the merit of the downsized micro injection molding system, should be proved toward the realization of mass production microfactory.
