Study of Spark Assisted Chemical Etching Process technology data

摘要

This paper presents several process technology data of spark assisted chemical etching (SACE) technology. In function of key parameters of SACE process (applied voltage between electrodes, electrolyte properties, tool geometry, tool motion speed) the amount of removed material is analysed.
