超声辅助电火花铣削电火花放电系统设计

摘要

Ultrasound-assisted discharge software system was developed by the means of visual C + + software, which can make communication and control between industrial control computer and pulse power work well. The database of ultrasonic aided electrical discharge machining based on relation model could effectively solve the problem of parameters' choice, memory and management. At the same time, operation interface, which can be operated in a simple and pleasant way, was designed. The system can meet the need of machining and work in a security and stability state.%利用Visual C++软件开发了超声辅助放电软件系统，该系统能够实现上位机和脉冲电源之间的通信控制。基于关系模型的超声电火花工艺数据库有效解决了超声电火花加工中工艺参数的选择、存储和管理问题,同时设计了简单宜人的操作界面。该系统能够满足应用需要并能安全稳定工作。
