Phylogenetic Relationship of Genus Rubus L. (Rosoideae, Rosaceae) in ROK

摘要

This study was conducted firstly to infer phylogenetic relationships of Korean Rubus using the sequences of non - coding region ( trnL - trnF ) of chloroplast DNA ( cpDNA ) and internal transcribed spacer region (ITS) of nuclear ribosomal DNA(nrDNA) , secondly to confirm species boundary using morphological character, thirdly to research chromosome number. Rosa and Geum were selected as outgroups which were woody and herbaceous plants, respectively.
