MDH, GPDH, and LDH were found to have differences in catalysis in aqueous solution and reversed micelles under pressure. Whereas all the enzymes and binary complexes between GPDH and LDH in water appeared to be almost insensitive to the pressure increase, the catalytic activity of MDH and complexes between GPDH and LDH were strongly dependent on pressure in reversed micelles.
