AIR PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

This paper will focus on the use of the Air Program Information Management System (APIMS) to manage the daily operations and quarterly and annual requirements of a large Air Base with multiple Title V and expansion challenges. A demonstration of current capability will be performed and future capabilities will be presented. Use of the GeoBase "one base one smart map" philosophy will be demonstrated using Graphical Interface System (GIS) as the APIMS presentation layer for executive reporting and data entry. Data collection methods will be discussed as they relate to problems being solved within the APIMS program. Challenges faced in data standardization and business practice standardization will be discussed along with solutions instituted through the program.
