It doesn't make any difference whether you have a 100-year-old facility or a 10-year-old facility, or whether you are a large or small facility; there are real opportunities to take advantage of what's coming out of the partnership. We have a project that came out of a parallel call that we had wit the National Lab Systems and the National Laboratory Coordinating Council. One of the things you may he interested in - because everyone's concerned about whether or not you're going to have the ready workforce for you in the future - is our support for universities. With two of the industries that we work with, we have run a university program where stipends are given to a couple of graduate students and curricula are developed that are interdisciplinary. This has been done for bio-based chemicals and we plan to implement it with petroleum. The university system has told me over and over again that if people think the government is stovepipe, you should see what the university system looks like: mechanical engineering doesn't talk to chemical engineering, etc. We have a State Industries of the Future program. It brings a lot of the things that you are working on at the national level and helps to deliver it better at the state level. The Glass Manufacturing Industry Council is in discussions with representatives of the state of Ohio right now. Florida and Pennsylvania are also engaged in glass. Mentioned earlier were best practices plant assessments; we actually have a recent award with Anchor to do a plant assessment where it is a 50/50 cost share assessment of opportunities for improvements.
