Ultrasonic wave reflection on a metal-metal interface and heat transmission through the interface

Thermal contact resistance is one of the most important subjects in heat transfer engineering. This report describes an aspect of our work for the development of an in-situ diagnosis technique of the resistance. Experimental procedure and experimental results are shown on ultrasonic wave reflection on a metal-metal interface and heat transmission through the interface.
