Eco-energy city project - the concept and the results of the research

摘要

As one of the Energy Projects of the Agency of Industrial Science and Technology Japan, "Eco-Energy City Project" has come to the end in March 2001 following the initial implementation program, with fruitful results of technologies for the efficient utilization of thermal energy. Here the authors discuss on the initial concept, the final results and the evaluation from the several viewpoints. Also the authors state the meaning of technical research results and their practical applications.
