Apartment housing and central heating from a district coal-fired boiler house operated at fixed period in winter is the conventional urban life in China. In rural region, farmers are used to have their own house and coal-fifed stoves for both cocking and heating. In recent years, income of partial people increases obviously due to economy reformation and they tend to improve their standard of living. Most family adopt oil-fired boiler to provide house heating and hot water in convenience. Escalation of oil price increases their living expensive. Ultra-clean micronized coal-water fuel (UCMCWF) is an alternative of diesel oil. Its price is expected to be about half of that of diesel oil at equivalent heat value. The application of UCMCWF will help decreasing their living expensive and more families may adopt such type of heat supply.
