The Thermal Qualification Facilities (TQF) of the David Florida Laboratory (DFL) of the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) is constantly seeking to improve both the performance and functionality of its control system for its thermal vacuum chambers. To this end, the TQF recently completed acquisition, installation, and deployment of a Next Generation control system for its TV4 and TV5 thermal vacuum chambers. This paper describes the implementation of the project, as well as the performance and functionality improvements realised upon completion. Finally, the paper also discusses deployment of the next generation control system to the balance of the thermal vacuum chambers in the TQF.
