The perfect algorithmic support is without doubt one of the important parts of an advanced spacecraft control system. This paper presents the algorithmic support for high-precision attitude control system of remote sensing satellite. Both a feedback control and a combination of feedback and feedforward controls are used in order for the attitude control system mentioned above to be robust against internal parametric disturbances and be able to accurately control the spacecraft attitude for area and stereo imaging modes. Performance of the proposed algorithmic solutions is evaluated via a simulated example of a scanning problem of the earth surface.
