High-end numerical control machine has become important processing equipment in modern manufacturing industry. With the increasingly precision, integration and intellectualization of system structure of high-end numerical control machine, how to guarantee the operation stability and reliability becomes a key problem to improve the process accuracy and efficiency of the machine. In order to reveal the reasons, features and patterns of the occurrence and development of faults and avoid the fault which equipment accuracy declines, this paper conducts study on the testing techniques as to status monitoring and failure diagnosis of equipment, mainly towards high-end numerical control machine. In order to improve the failure diagnosis accuracy of high-end numerical control machine and promote the mean free error time of the machine, this paper constructs a testing platform for the testing of typical functional parts centering on high-end numerical control machine, simulates an experiment environment about the predication of accuracy decline failures, conducts an experimental study on the dynamic properties of typical functional parts of numerical control machine, presents sampling test acquisition methods, operation status monitoring and failure predication and diagnosis of numerical control machine, and designs the failure sample database. In order to avoid causing the machine accuracy decline, the research work provides failure predication test equipment and techniques.
