摘要

We have studied composite materials consisting of bioabsorbable polymer matrix and bioactive glass 13-93 filler (15 and 20 wt-percent). To understand the interactions between components and degradation behaviour these composites were studied in vitro and in vivo. We found that the degradation rate of composites was increased in vivo. Also the glass amount modified the degradation in some extent in vivo and in vitro.
