Through a great deal of experimentation, the heat resistance temperature has been raised to 300°C when the white sedimentary carbon black is added by the best composition, The tensile strength are separately 4.2MPa and 3.8MPa (standard value: 3.0MPa) in the aging process, The elongation at breaks are separately 90 % and 175 % (standard value: 150%) , The permanent sets are both 5 % (≤standard value 18 %), The hardness are separately 51 and 60 (standard value: 40~70) , That is corresponding with requirement; The aging coefficient is 0.83 (standard value ≥0.80) . As we know about that me heat resistance temperature has been raised to 300 °C when the white sedimentary carbon black is used for the additional strength assistant and Ferric hydroxide is used for the heat resistant assistant of silastic. Which nobody has done (choosing white sediment carbon black whose price is lower as additional strength assistant) so far in this experiment, Kinds of physical properties can reach the standard requ-irement, and has fulfilled "low cost, high performance" purpose.
