Nylon 6 is well known for synthetic fiber. Using electro-spinning, it is possible to make the Nylon 6 web below 100nm fiber diameter. Purpose of this study is to know web fiber diameter, orientation angle, and web structure by using image analyzer with the variation on electro-spinning parameters for Nylon 6 web formation. In the electro-spinning process, Nylon 6 web made by its surface tension at the end of a capillary tube is subjected to an electro static field. The electric potential, the distance between the capillary tip and the collection drum(TCD) are adjusted. In order to measure the Nylon 6 web structure with different electro-spinning conditions changed the different factors of web manufacture processing are changed. Average fiber diameter, orientation angle, web morphology structure, and physical property of the web measured at each condition. The fiber diameter on the Nylon 6 web is' decreased with increasing the TCD, the rotating drum velocity and the voltage.
