The basic requirement for data transfer in a communication system is that the data needs to be encoded for appropriate signaling and transmission to the other end. The encoding technique should also facilitate error detection and correction to the extent possible. This paper has contributed five new digital-to-digital encoding schemes, which are meant for highspeed reliable transfer. These are in contrast to the existing schemes like Manchester encoding, which call for high bandwidth and hence the speed limitation, and Alternate Mark Inversion facilitates faster transfer at the cost of bit synchronization.
