摘要

In this paper, a simple and efficient finite element formulation and its numerical method to solve the contact-impact behavior of an electric grinder coupled with rotor, gear and housing vibrations at high rotational speed are given. The equation of the motion is derived and solved iteratively during each time increment until the unbalanced force becomes small enough within a specified tolerance. Based on the present method, a computer program, Miyabi, has been developed. Numerical examples are demonstrated to show the validity and effectiveness of the proposed method.
