NUMERICAL METHODS IN MECHANISMS SYNTHESIS

In this paper it is described a method of kinematics synthesis of mechanisms, using numerical methods for obtaining the functional matrix (Jacobean) of nonlinear system functions. This simplifies and makes easier to solve some nonlinear systems having a very large number of unknowns. The efficiency of the method is emphasized in this paper through two numerical examples.
