摘要

Co-immobilization of enzymes and electron mediators on solid matrices has been of great interest over last few years as a tool in obtaining devices which are found in industrial or medical applications. There have been a variety of approaches taken in the development of enzyme immobilization techniques, such as adsorption, entrapment in a porous matrix, covalent binding and, electrochemical copolymerization. immobilization may lead to changes in enzyme structure and hence causes the kinetics, stability and characteristics to differ from that of the enzyme in homogeneous solution. So particular interest is devoted to construct such immobilized enzyme layer that can retain its specific biological function.
