The ultimate aim of our research is a creation and development of a universal diagnostic tool for semiautomatic diagnosis of various brain amyloidoses based on an universal amyloid plaque computer pattern image segmentation techniques. Presented method is universal and can be applied to recognition the wide class of microscope objects. The authors expect that the experimental procedures could also lead to modification of the CJD diagnosis. The further application of a created diagnostic system based on an amyloid plaque pattern for screening animals is also feasible (especially in cases of "mad cow disease" which is one of the major health conserve in Europe). The authors will investigate research in approximation of analytical distributed function for given colour space and improve an object recognition by the proposed system using fuzzy logic or systolic networks.
