Complex Wave Form - Pulse Reverse as a Tool for Cathodic Control

The target of this paper is to expand upon and explain the complexity of the electrical vectors, as they migrate towards the cathodic surface and how the Complex Wave Form -Pulse Reverse (CWF-PR) is utilized to control these vectors during the deposition growth. The chemistry remains a critical factor in the final quality of deposition. The main target is to even out the constant fluctuation of the effective power energy that migrates on the cathodic surface.
