Zinc Diffusion into Gallium Antimonide from Polymer Spin-On Films

摘要

Zn diffusion from the polymer spin-on films in GaSb has been investigated. pn junctions with satisfactory characteristics have been obtained. The influence of the Zn diffusion as well as the subsequent procedures on the mechanical stress in the device structures based on GaSb have been studied.
