摘要

Direct fluorination of poly(2,6-dimethyl-l,4-phenylene oxide) and poly(vinyl threemethylsilane) leads to a change of their electrochemical properties and resistance at high cathodic potentials. Perfluorinated units resulting from the fluorination are electrochemically reducible followed by elimination of fluorine anions; incompletely fluorinated units react with basic products of electrochemical reduction of the background solution. In the both cases these reactions resulted in appearance of conjugated multiple bonds in the fluorinated macromolecules and in solubility of the defluorinated and dehydrofluorinated polymer.
