New computer-aided design algorithms for the investigation of two-phase regions in the multi-dimensional isobaric phase diagrams by means of the isothermal and polythermal sections construction have been elaborated and the ruled surfaces and hypersurfaces models are considered to extend the possibilities for the simulation of the monocrystals and thin films growth. The quaternary system with a binary incongruent compound and without the solid solutions is used as a demonstrative model.
