Measurement of Relative Motion Path between Abrasives and Workpiece in Lapping with Solid Abrasives

摘要

This paper takes plane as an example to discuss measuring relative motion path between lapping tool and workpiece. We compare the image of measured path in experiments and the image of the simulating path. It can be found that they are completely identical.
