the measure system must has high sampling rate and enough channels and strong ability of anti-jamming for rightly measure stress field ad temperature field on engine case and cylinder cap. In this paper a type of measure system was designed. It's features list as follows: the whole system adopts concentration-distribution structure which is made of portable computer, portable mother-system and micro-subsystem. The whole process is fulfilled under control of computer and mother-system. The system has functions of simple operation, automatic adjust balance of wheatstone bridge, display, printing and data processing. The system has 64 channels which can sample synchronization. Maximum acquisition rate can reach 12500sps. It has strong ability of anti-jamming because the signal of mother-system to micro-subsystem is digit signals. Furthermore, It can apply for measurement of other signals with changing sensor of the subsystem.
