COMPARISON OF SEVERAL CORRELATION MODELS FOR VCE BLAST PREDICTION

摘要

To predict the gas blast results from a possible explosion source, a variety of prediction models have been developed in the past decades. In this paper, supposed and practical cases are used to compare and validate the results from several correlations models, such as: the TNT equivalence model, the TNO model, the ME model and the CAM model, etc. The characteristics of each model are discussed and some suggestions on the use of these prediction models are given in the end.
