RESEARCH ON THE GOVERNMENTAL MANAGEMENT CIRCUMSTANCES IN THE EXPLOITATION OF WESTERN AREAS ―Analysis of the Management Circumstances of a Province Government

摘要

This article raises the concepts of "governmental management" and "government management circumstances" in the development of local economy for the first time and emphases the importance of official management circumstances in the development of western areas. Simultaneously it gives some suggestions on policies to a province government by analyzing its present official circumstances.
