摘要

With the quickening development of the technology and efficient production system becomes the striking feature of the modern coal enterprises. As result of it, the significance of the human resources in the production and management of the coal enterprises becomes more and more apparent. At the same time, the present management more than some problems have orison. This article points out the problems in the management and analyzes the causes from the aspects of the conception, society, management, and capital investment. Finally some measures are put forward to improve the mechanisms of the exploit age, motility, prompting and investment of the human resources.
