摘要

The machine layout problem consists of breaking down the production system into locations and of assigning machines to locations in order to optimise a cost function linked to inter-machine flow and/or inter-machine transportation. This problem is frequently simplified for modelling purposes in the form of a quadratic assignment problem (QAP). Most of the NP-hard of existing layout procedures do not use certain real parameters such as the inter-machine transportation system, location size, machine size, their orientation and the layout structure relating to the automated inter-machine transportation system. The resolution heuristic of this NP-hard problem proposed in this paper is a constructive algorithm that allows for these parameters in the construction of layouts.
